In fact, at any given time, only about 20% of the US Population has a diagnosable mental illness requiring formal therapeutic care. But everyone experiences times when life gets difficult or we need some support in making a change. Savvy Sessions can help you get through those times without the stigma, hassle or expense of traditional mental health treatment.
Our courses are created and taught by mental health professionals. We guide you through lessons and exercises that address address specific mental health issues or areas of self-improvement you want to tackle. You complete the sessions online, by viewing the video & following along in the downloadable and printable workbook. Learn what you want, where you want, when you want and at your own pace. Mental health concerns, like anxiety, depression or chronic stress, are not something we have they are something we do.
